Lady Adelheid Krämer von Rotemburg, Kingdom DEIB Officer, is looking for people with lived experience of inequity to represent their local group in a supportive network of DEIB officers across Drachenwald, whose goal it is to make our Society welcoming and accessible to all.
You are not expected to be an expert on DEIB issues to represent your local group – the point of the network is to share experience and pool resources.
Current projects of the office include:
•hosting DEIB round-tables to raise awareness and canvas the populace about what isimportant to them.
•expanding existing work on rating event sites for accessibility
•establishing a working group on the intersection of environmental issues and DEIB (e.g.maintaining safety in rising temperatures)
•running workshops on blind and partially-sighted fencing, and seated fencing
•as well as more lighthearted projects, like wheelchair ”jousting” with foam boppers for fun!
